I use a collaborative approach to help you develop skills to successfully manage anxiety, stress or depression. These strategies are drawn from a number of therapies/frameworks. I work with children and adolescents with emotional or behavioural issues and with parents to assist them in supporting their child. I have extensive training and experience in conducting cognitive and behavioural assessments of children and adolescents for both diagnostic and support purposes (e.g. provide recommendations to enhance learning).
As every person and situation is unique, I draw on my knowledge, experience and skills, and modify this in consultation with the unique needs and goals of each individual. My aim is to work collaboratively with clients to help each person achieve their personal goals and to support them on their journey.

My training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT), Play Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy. I have extensive training and experience in cognitive assessment of developmental disorders, giftedness, and cognitive skills following acquired brain injury.
